Refund Policy
Our consultation is a fixed fee of Rs 5,100, paid in advance. Because it is a service rendered, the fee is non-refundable. Please read this fully before booking.
1.No refunds
All consultations with Astrologer Dr. R.P. Sharma are offered at a fixed fee of Rs 5,100 per consultation, payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
2.Why there are no refunds
A consultation is a service rendered — it reserves and uses the astrologer's time, study and personal guidance. Because this time and expertise cannot be returned, the fee cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
3.No refunds for outcomes
You are paying for expert guidance, not for a fixed or promised outcome. Astrology is interpretive, and we do not promise any specific prediction, timing or outcome. Dissatisfaction with the nature of the guidance is not a ground for refund.
4.No cancellations
As the fee confirms and reserves your consultation slot, bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you are unable to attend a scheduled time, please contact us in advance and we will try, at our sole discretion, to reschedule once.
5.Payment errors
The only exception is a clear duplicate or technical payment error — for example, if you were charged twice for the same consultation. In such a case, write to us with proof and we will verify and return the duplicate amount. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds are offered once the consultation is delivered, as the reading is a personal service completed at the time of delivery. In Vedic astrology, the planetary positions (rasi, bhava, graha) and their timing (dasha, antardasha) are fixed once the chart is cast; the purpose of consultation is to interpret these influences for your life events and timing. Once the interpretation is shared, the service cannot be undone or refunded.
