All consultations with Astrologer Dr. R.P. Sharma are offered at a fixed fee of ₹5,100 per consultation, payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable. Once a booking is made, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
A consultation is a service rendered — it reserves and uses the astrologer's time, study and personal guidance. Because this time and expertise cannot be returned, the fee cannot be refunded once the booking is confirmed.
You are paying for expert guidance, not for a fixed or promised outcome. Astrology is interpretive, and we do not promise any specific prediction, timing or outcome. Dissatisfaction with the nature of the guidance is not a ground for refund.
As the fee confirms and reserves your consultation slot, bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund. If you are unable to attend a scheduled time, please contact us in advance and we will try, at our sole discretion, to reschedule once.
The only exception is a clear duplicate or technical payment error — for example, if you were charged twice for the same consultation. In such a case, write to us with proof and we will verify and return the duplicate amount. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
