This website is operated by Astrologer Dr. R.P. Sharma, based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. This policy explains what limited information we collect and how we use it. By using this site, you agree to this policy.
2.Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email, date, time and place of birth, and your question when you book a consultation or contact us. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) through standard analytics to improve the site.
3.How we use it
Your information is used solely to provide the consultation you requested and to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
4.Payments
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers; these are handled directly by the payment provider under their own security and privacy terms.
5.Confidentiality
Consultation details you share are kept confidential and used only to give you guidance. Birth details and personal questions are not published or shared without your consent.
6.Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and analytics tools to understand traffic and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may then work differently.
7.Your choices

Your data & the DPDP Act, 2023
What we collect. When you book a consultation we receive your name, contact number and your birth details (date, time and place) — only what is needed to prepare your kundli and speak with you. Payments are processed by PhonePe; we never see or store your card or banking details.
Why, and with whom. Your information is used solely to prepare and conduct your consultation and to confirm your appointment. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone, except the payment processor (PhonePe) and our hosting provider as technically necessary.
Consent & withdrawal. By submitting your details you consent to this use. You may withdraw consent, or ask us to access, correct or erase your information, at any time — a WhatsApp message or the booking page. Withdrawal is as simple as consent.
Retention. We keep consultation details only as long as needed to serve you, and delete them on request.
Your rights & grievances. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access, correction or erasure of your data and raise any grievance at the number above; we address grievances well within the 90-day period the law allows, and will notify you and the authorities in the unlikely event of a data breach.
Minors. Consultations are for adults; a minor's details are accepted only from a parent or guardian.
Free tools. The free kundli and matching tools use your birth details only to compute your chart, PDF report or matching result — sent securely for that purpose and then discarded, never tied to an account, login or profile. This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

What does your privacy policy protect?
Your information is handled under the classical principle of gopaneeya vidhi—what must remain private stays private. In astrology, the 4th house shows privacy and the 8th house governs secrets; both are respected here. Your birth details and consultations remain confidential, used only to prepare accurate charts and forecasts.
How do I find a genuine, experienced Vedic astrologer?
Examine the 10th house of profession and the Moon's dignity in their own chart; a well-placed and strong Moon indicates sincerity. Ask if they trained under a recognized Acharya and whether they use only classical methods. A genuine practitioner will explain houses, planets, nakshatras, and dashas clearly without relying on modern shortcuts.
Do you share client information with anyone?
No. The 8th house rules confidentiality, and no chart or personal detail ever leaves this practice. If a remedy involves charity, it is given in your name, not shared publicly. Your trust is governed by the same ethics that protect sacred knowledge in Vedic tradition.
Can I verify your credentials before a consultation?
I have practised since 1979, hold a Ph.D. in Predictive Astrology from Delhi University, and am an Acharya in Phalit Jyotish. My work has been widely respected for decades, with guidance rooted in Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and traditional teaching. Please confirm these details independently before proceeding.
Is my birth time and place safe with you?
Absolutely. The 4th house of home and the Moon's nakshatra both emphasize accuracy in birth details, yet your privacy is paramount. Once your chart is cast, birth data is stored securely and never shared. Only the chart is used for predictions, aligning with classical practice.
