How reviews on this site are handled
A checkable statement of practice, because a reviews page is the easiest place on any website to mislead:
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Real only | Every review published here came from an actual client. None are written, bought or generated. |
| No aggregate rating markup | The site carries no aggregateRating schema. A star figure in search results should come from a platform that verifies reviewers, not from us marking up our own page. |
| Independently checkable | Google Business Profile reviews are collected outside this site and can be read without taking our word for it. |
| Nothing removed for being critical | Complaints are addressed rather than deleted. |
