Natal Sun in Libra and neecha bhanga
If you were born with the Sun in Libra, the debilitation can be cancelled (neecha bhanga) — for example when Venus, the lord of Libra, or Saturn, which is exalted in Libra, is in a kendra from the ascendant or the Moon. A cancelled debilitation often gives a person who rises after early struggle.
