Honest practices state fees clearly before you commit. Per-minute meters and escalating 'special pooja' demands are the most common complaints against exploitative operators.

Guaranteed results; instant curses discovered in minutes; pressure to pay for removal of 'black magic'; refusal to explain reasoning; no verifiable history. Any one of these is reason to walk away.
