Dhana yoga is a wealth combination formed by links between the lords of the 1st, 2nd, 5th, 9th and 11th houses — by conjunction, exchange or mutual aspect. Most charts have at least one, so the question is strength: dignified, uncombust lords in good houses, with their dashas running in working years, give real prosperity.

How it forms

• The 2nd lord (wealth) linked with the 11th lord (gains)
• The 5th or 9th lord (merit, fortune) linked with the 2nd or 11th lord
• The lagna lord joining any of these
• Jupiter or Venus strong in the 2nd, 5th, 9th or 11th
